Entry-level role supporting procurement activities, including preparation of purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.

• Review purchasing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Create purchase orders and process change requests
• Follow up on order confirmations from suppliers
• Provide buyer desk support for procurement-related queries
• Resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders
