About the role

Order to Cash (O2C) Customer Service Associate - Fresher. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our Order to Cash (O2C) Customer Service team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customer order management, coordinating with internal stakeholders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment through the end-to-end O2C process
