About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support invoice processing, vendor management, payment analysis, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and corporate accounting processes.

What you'll do

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines
• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching (Invoice, Purchase Order, and Goods Receipt)
• Assist in vendor account reconciliations and resolution of payment-related discrepancies
• Support preparation and execution of weekly and monthly payment runs
• Analyze accounts payable aging reports and identify outstanding items
