Process Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to support accurate transaction processing, financial reporting, account reconciliation, period-end close, compliance, and audit readiness. The role will work across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

• Process, validate, and record financial transactions accurately and within agreed service levels
• Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, purchase order matching, coding, approval follow-up, vendor reconciliations, payment support
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including customer invoicing, cash application, credit notes, account reconciliation, ageing analysis, collections support
• Support General Ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, balance-sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and period-end close
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide supporting schedules for management review
