About the role

The Associate Manager – Record to Report (R2R) is responsible for leading day-to-day R2R operations and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial close and reporting. The role oversees general ledger accounting, journal processing, account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, accruals, provisions, financial reporting, and audit support.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in accordance with the close calendar and agreed timelines
• Review and approve standard, recurring, accrual, provision, reclassification, allocation, and adjustment journal entries with complete supporting documentation
• Ensure accurate general ledger accounting, period-end cut-off, trial balance review, and timely closure of open items
• Oversee bank, balance sheet, clearing, suspense, payroll, fixed asset, and sub-ledger-to-general-ledger reconciliations
• Monitor intercompany accounting, confirmations, settlements, mismatch resolution, and elimination support
