Process Trainer

About the role

The Process Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip new hires and existing employees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve operational excellence. The role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training effectiveness, improve performance, and support business goals.

What you'll do

• Deliver new hire, refresher, and upskilling training programs
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning content
• Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with Operations and Quality teams
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, observations, and certifications
