About the role

Product Developer, Film R&D, processing and adhesives 3M Commercial Solutions segment, is a part of Commercial Branding and Transportation Division, delivers comprehensive products and solutions, so you can deliver a consistent brand identity across all verticals from Banking, Rail, fleet, facilities and all-important touch points creating a memorable brand experience.

What you'll do

  • Lead product development with expertise in functional film R&D, processing, and material science
  • Proficiency in polymeric materials and their structure-property relationships
  • Utilize film processing additives for thin film formation and surface modification for printable inks
  • Apply color science and physics to achieve desired shade and matting effects
  • Understand and benchmark commercial graphics applications to ensure product competitiveness
