The Lids Engineer is responsible for Closure BIW & Access systems’ timely deliverables of defined components such as Hood Fender, Tailgate & Latching System. Proven project management capability demonstrated by delivery in line with time, cost, quality attribute targets. Proven and extensive experience in right first-time DV and PV timeline planning, product quality validation and integration

• Ensure progression of design quality maturity from initial concept through to final engineering sign-Off (FESO)
• Establishing and maintaining the teamwork plan aligned to vehicle program
• Ensure Regulatory compliance of Interiors and their market wise legal requirements
• Define appropriate engineering targets to meet function, quality and attribute requirements for the Vehicle Program

• FMEA
• APQP
• CATIA
• System design
• MS Project
• Excel
• Any graduate
