About the role

The Interior Trim Lead Engineer is responsible for Trim components timely deliverables of defined components such as Door Trims, Tailgate Trims, Door Claddings, Pillar Capping, Finishers. Proven project management capability demonstrated by delivery in line with time, cost, quality attribute targets.

• Ensure progression of design quality maturity from initial concept through to final engineering sign-Off (FESO)
• Establishing and maintaining the teamwork plan aligned to vehicle program
• Ensure Regulatory compliance of Interiors and their market wise legal requirements
• Define appropriate engineering targets to meet function, quality and attribute requirements for the Vehicle Program

• FMEA
• APQP
• System design
• CATIA
• Mechanical engineering
• MS Project
• B.Tech or B.E.
