About the role

Copilot is becoming the AI companion people reach for at work, and more and more of those moments happen on a phone. Every day, people discover something new Copilot can do for them. Your job is to make sure that, when they are ready for more, the path to a paid plan is clear, helpful and genuinely valuable.

What you'll do

• At this level you own a well-scoped mission end to end and the metric that goes with it, and you grow quickly toward larger scope
• Your first 30 / 60 / 90 days
• Help millions of people discover why Copilot is worth paying for
• Own real experiments on a product used around the world, learn fast and see your work land with customers in weeks, not years
• Ship fast, learn faster, scale what works

What you need

• 2–5 years in product management
• iOS
• Office 365
• Android
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
