Product Manager

About the role

You will turn call data, transcripts, and AI-generated insights into products that help healthcare practices convert more calls into appointments, improve staff performance, and capture more revenue. You will own strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution while partnering closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams across India and the United States.

What you'll do

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Call Intelligence
• Lead discovery with customers, onboarders, sales, support, and internal teams; convert evidence into clear product decisions
• Partner with engineering, data, ML, and design to ship reliable analytics and AI-assisted workflows
• Improve activation, adoption, retention, and customer-perceived value through instrumentation, experiments, and workflow improvements
• Make technical and product trade-offs across data quality, model quality, integrations, usability, and speed
