Product Operations

About the role

You’ll work directly with the Head of Product Operations to refine and scale our Product Operating System , helping a small, high-calibre product team build the cross-border financial infrastructure of the next decade. This is a high-leverage seat. You will be empowered to contribute across product craft, launch motion, AI-augmented workflows, and the insights program that connects the product team to the rest of the business.

What you'll do

• Use AI not as something you teach in a workshop but as the multiplier for your own work, and you will help every PM around you do the same

What you need

• 1–3 years in product management
• Any graduate
