About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient execution of PCBA projects.

Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and strategies for PCBA, considering capacity, resources, and customer requirements
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency
Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance PCBA processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PCBA to contribute innovative ideas for process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering / maintenance, process and quality assurance
