Program Leader - Finance

About the role

The role will operate as a senior finance partner to US-based finance leadership and business stakeholders, translating operational and client drivers into clear financial outcomes while building a scalable, well-controlled FP&A capability in India.

What you'll do

• Own the month-end close rhythm for the Physician IDP portfolio, including pre-close readiness, in-close financial tracking, issue escalation
• Lead post-close reporting, client-level P&L reviews, variance analysis and executive commentary across revenue, headcount, cost and margin
• Drive forecasting cycles, annual budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring assumptions are integrated, challenged, documented and aligned with business priorities
• Provide finance leadership on commercial trade-offs, scenario modeling, pricing economics, capacity choices and margin improvement opportunities
• Establish governance for physician-client data masters, including client hierarchy, contract attributes, volume drivers, staffing assumptions
