About the role

Custom Team at Texas Instruments is looking for an experienced, highly driven Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional custom development programs that bring innovative semiconductor products from concept to production.

What you'll do

• Being in custom development for demanding customers, execution efficacy, timeline adherence
• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog/mixed-signal/embedded semiconductor products
• Drive program scope, timelines, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource planning
• Coordinate with design, DV, layout, post-Si validation, test engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain
• Facilitate program reviews, technical checkpoints, and decision gates

What you need

• 1–3 years in consulting & strategy
• Any graduate
