About the role

Provide L3 production support and technical leadership for Teradata Data Warehouse, ETL, and Analytics platforms . Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Teradata databases, workloads, performance, data integration, and reporting. Monitor system health, query performance, batch processing, data loads, and platform availability.

What you'll do

  • Provide L3 production support and technical leadership for Teradata Data Warehouse, ETL, and Analytics platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Teradata databases, workloads, performance, data integration, and reporting
  • Monitor system health, query performance, batch processing, data loads, and platform availability
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent resolution of critical production incidents and recurring issues
  • Lead performance tuning, workload management, capacity planning, and database optimization initiatives
