About the role

Program Manager I at Eaton. The ESS Program Manager will provide program leadership & portfolio governance support across the ESS organization.

What you'll do

  • The ESS Program Manager will provide program leadership & portfolio governance support across the ESS organization
  • Lead major strategic, repeater, regional or global ESS programs through the complete lifecycle, from requirements and planning through development, validation
  • The Program Manager will also establish and maintain an integrated view of the ESS program portfolio, support roadmap and waterline health
  • The balance across direct program leadership, portfolio governance and execution excellence will be aligned with ESS business priorities
  • "• Lead one or more major strategic, repeater, regional or global ESS programs from requirements definition and planning through development, validation
