What you'll do

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic decisions
• Assist with growth initiatives, customer acquisition experiments, and GTM projects
• Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and productivity systems
• Support content research and thought leadership for founders
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects and turn ideas into execution

What you need

• 1–3 years in finance, audit & banking
• Customer service
• B.Com or BBA
