What you'll do

• Support Project Managers in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project tasks and data to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Track project progress and share regular updates with project owners
• Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Organize and conduct project meetings and calls, and prepare consultants in advance
