Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer - IBMS with hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS) . The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of integrated building automation and security systems across project sites.

What you'll do

• Execute and manage IBMS projects involving: Building Management System (BMS) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Integrated Security Systems
• Perform site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution
• Prepare project documentation, reports, method statements, and as-built drawings
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS, CCTV, and ACS systems

What you need

• 3–8 years in civil & construction
• Instrumentation
• Wiring
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma or Company Secretary
