Project Manager - BMS

About the role

The IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of IBMS projects, including planning, engineering coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, customer management, and project closure. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage complete lifecycle of IBMS projects, including BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, PA System, Networking, and Integration Systems
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, budgets, cash flow, billing, and revenue
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, tools, and manpower
