What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior executives and board members to define project scope, financial targets, and long-term strategy
• Lead and execute global programs involving design, development, and launch of complex automotive platforms
• Drive digital transformation initiatives such as robotics warehouse transformation, contactless sales, and IoT/cloud integration
• Manage and control multi-million-dollar program budgets , ensuring alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Ensure minimal cash flow variance and financial discipline across programs
