What you'll do

• Create, manage, and optimize proposal response templates and approved content within Loopio or similar proposal content platforms
• Coordinate SME content reviews and updates to ensure accurate, compliant, submission‑ready responses
• Oversee formatting of proposal documents, appendices, and forms, including population of required standard firm content (e.g., tax ID, corporate information
• Provide guidance, coordination, and day‑to‑day support to Level 8 specialists and production resources as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and technology adoption
