QA Lead - Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven QA Lead – Automation to lead our quality engineering initiatives and build scalable test automation frameworks for our SaaS platform. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through robust automation, effective testing strategies, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Define and implement the overall QA and test automation strategy
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA Automation Engineers
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable automation frameworks
• Build automated test suites covering functional, regression, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end testing
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Customer Success teams throughout the software development lifecycle
