Quality Coordinator

About the role

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining and improving quality standards across projects and operational workflows. You will oversee quality analysis, coordinate improvement initiatives, and ensure that performance data is accurately monitored and reported. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations teams, and external vendors, you will help identify quality gaps and implement effective corrective actions.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and update quality dashboards tracking key performance indicators, including throughput, accuracy, error categories, and quality trends
• Prepare clear, concise quality reports and performance summaries for internal stakeholders and clients
• Conduct quality sampling and guideline-adherence checks to assess performance against established standards
• Identify, categorize, and document quality defects according to their severity and potential impact
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions through completion, verify retest results, and document outcomes
