Ensures products received or produced meet technical specifications. Works under moderate supervision. 8 . Lead seven step problem solving process and actively participate in six sigma activities

What you'll do

• Verifies the final quality of products on the production line
• Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects
• Separates products that do not have the desired technical specification, using basic and/or complex measurement techniques and equipment
• Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems
• Trains others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming product and documentation

What you need

• 3–6 years in mechanical & production
• PPAP

• Root cause analysis

• Diploma
