We bring together a global community of experts to deliver meaningful impact for our clients and the planet. The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

What you'll do

• Month-End Close & Reporting
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports
• Analyze financial results and variances vs. budget/forecast

What you need

• 3–5 years in accounting & taxation
• Record to report
• Reconciliation
• General ledger
• Financial statements
• Accounting
• Month-end close
• Any graduate
