Responsible for acquiring minimum 2 new clients per quarter for recruitment business Ensure SLAs and timelines for resume sourcing, screening, and submission are met by the recruitment team Drive recruitment processes including screening, quality checks, conversions, client feedback, interview coordination, and closure

What you'll do

• Lead and manage recruitment operations for the RE business vertical
• Establish, manage, and nurture client relationships
• Responsible for acquiring minimum 2 new clients per quarter for recruitment business
• Ensure SLAs and timelines for resume sourcing, screening, and submission are met by the recruitment team
• Drive recruitment processes including screening, quality checks, conversions, client feedback, interview coordination, and closure

What you need

• 5–9 years in software engineering
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate
