About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source high-caliber candidates, conduct structured screenings, and guide candidates through to a signed offer. You will serve as an ambassador for our employer brand while ensuring an efficient, equitable, and positive candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Active Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate technical relevance, motivation, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment
• Partner directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source high-caliber candidates, conduct structured screenings
