About the role

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of Program Increments (PI) to deliver against prioritized business outcomes
• Coordinate with the Product Management and Tech Team to define the release on-demand plan as per prioritized epics/features for a program increment
• Facilitate core ART events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions, etc
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, portfolio priorities, and execution across value streams
• Ensure effective prioritization aligned to business value and organizational goals
