Reporting Analyst, Workday Reporting

About the role

The People & Purpose Reporting Services Analyst will be a key member of the People Operations team, providing Workday Reporting support for all employees Join our People & Purpose Reporting Services team, part of People Operations, where we help every employee and manager across Workday get the data they need.

What you'll do

• Respond to HR data requests spanning recruiting, compensation, diversity, learning, talent, audits, compliance, and transfers
• Be responsible for audits requested by any team across the business, ensuring the underlying data is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Provide attentive, high-touch support for high-impact, ad-hoc reporting requests, helping requesters interpret and present their data
• Apply strong data security, accuracy, governance, and standardization practices to every report you deliver
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of requests with competing deadlines
