Resource Management Analyst

What you'll do

• Help evolve our business model to stay ahead of market forces, industry trends, and client needs
• Monitor resource availability, including PTO, holidays, and other absences, and ensure these are reflected in resource forecasts
• Track resource utilization metrics and generate utilization reports. Identify under-utilization or over-utilization and provide relevant context, such as project delays
• Monitor shadow hours and investment hours recorded on projects across teams. Prepare summaries, identify exceptions
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis for the Resource Management Lead and leadership team
