About the role
The successful candidate will work with 100% quality and minimal cycle time in mind. This role requires working closely with the internal design, layout teams, technology, test and product engineering teams. The roles and responsibilities will include the design, simulation and verification of RF circuit design blocks like LNA, PA, RF Switches, SPXTs
What you'll do
- Sound foundation in RF circuit design in advanced silicon technologies SiGe and sub-nm CMOS technologies
- Support silicon bring-up and characterization
- Participate in implementation & design/layout reviews
- Contribute with innovative ideas for addressing design problems
What you need
- 3–5 years in electrical & electronics
- Circuit design
- M.Tech
