Sales Development Representative

About the role

As an SDR at ContextQA , you’ll be the first touchpoint for prospective customers. Your role is to qualify inbound leads (MQLs) and prospect outbound into target accounts, booking discovery calls with qualified buyers. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to refine outreach strategies and ensure meetings are with high-value ICP accounts.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads within SLA (<1 hour during working hours)
• Research and qualify inbound MQLs against ICP (company size, industry, QA challenges)
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) into target accounts
• Schedule and confirm meetings for Sales Manager/AE
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
