About the role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Screening Associate to handle Employment and Education Verification for a US-based background screening process. The role requires direct interaction with employers and educational institutions, ensuring accurate validation of candidate information while complying with strict SLA, quality, and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct employment verification by contacting HRs and authorized representatives via calls/emails
• Perform education verification with universities, institutions, and third-party databases
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of verification outcomes and audit trails
• Meet defined Turnaround Time (TAT), productivity, and quality benchmarks
• Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally in a US process

What you need

• 2–5 years in finance, audit & banking
• Audit
• Class 12
