What you'll do

• Participate in low-complexity securities operations activities and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Review basic operational issues, policies, and procedures related to low-to-medium-risk tasks and deliverables with limited scope
• Follow standard practices and receive direction from managers or experienced colleagues while developing knowledge of securities operations functions, policies
• Exercise judgment within defined parameters to resolve routine situations across assigned trade-related processes
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, and internal or external customers to exchange information, resolve routine issues, and support team goals

• 4–7 years in finance, audit & banking
• Reconciliation
• Mutual funds
• Capital markets
• Customer service
• General ledger
• Any graduate
