Security Associate

About the role

To ensure Pullman and Novotel is a secure environment by implementing security systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with hotel standards.

What you'll do

• Patrol assigned areas (guest floors, lobby, basement parking) during duty periods and report all untoward incidents, policy violations, fire/safety hazards
• Monitor and secure guest rooms and hotel property, including fixtures, equipment, and accessories, whilst providing assistance to guests as required
• Maintain vigilance in lobby and public areas; greet guests appropriately and monitor for undesirable visitors, banned elements, and persistent troublemakers
• Operate security control room as the nerve centre of the security department; respond to incidents, manage communications
• Conduct security checks at all entry points (main porch, staff entrance, service gates) using Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD), Hand Held Metal Detectors (HHMD)

What you need

• 1–3 years in cybersecurity
• Any graduate
