Security Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking 10 disciplined, proactive, and responsible Security Supervisors to lead on-ground security teams, oversee daily post operations, and enforce safety and access protocols. The ideal candidate will bridge on-ground guard personnel and facility management to maintain strict security across the premises.

What you'll do

• Team Leadership & Shift Management: Manage guard deployment, conduct daily roll-calls (briefing and debriefing), oversee shift handovers, and allocate gate, perimeter
• Access Control & Material Movement Oversight: Supervise main gate operations, verify visitor/contractor entries
• Incident Management & Reporting: Respond immediately to security breaches, trespassing, medical emergencies, or workplace disputes
• Training & Discipline: Ensure guards wear clean uniforms, follow turnout standards, and adhere to code of conduct policies

What you need

• 1–3 years in warehouse & security
• Physical fitness
• Facility management
• Class 10
