Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

Senior Accounts Executive would be part of the finance team and responsible for all accounting activities for Australia and New Zealand business units. The Senior Accounts Executive will be a member of the finance team, responsible for supporting all accounting activities.

What you'll do

• Process inter-company transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and support capital expenditure management
• Manage inventory accounting, including analysis, stocktake reporting and related reconciliations
• Oversee rentals and leases, including invoicing, job creation, acquisitions, disposals and query resolution
• Prepare month-end journals for prepayments, accruals, depreciation and other recurring adjustments

• 3–6 years in accounting & taxation
• Reconciliation
• Accounting
• Financial statements
• Statutory audit
• Internal audit
• Accounts payable
• Any graduate
