Senior Analyst - Application Management

About the role

The Application Management Specialist is responsible for the governance and lifecycle management of the company's enterprise application portfolio. The role coordinates and steers all application packaging requests with the external packaging service provider, acting as the primary interface to ensure timely, quality-compliant delivery and alignment with the Device Management team for deployment.

What you'll do

• Manage enterprise application lifecycle, version control, compliance, and portfolio governance
• Coordinate application packaging vendors, requirements, deliverables, SLAs, and deployment handovers
• Oversee Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) configurations, performance, availability, and security
• Manage external service providers, SLAs, service quality, escalations, and contractual compliance
• Drive process improvements, documentation, standards, and operational procedures

What you need

• Azure
• ITIL
• Chemistry
