Interpret investor guidelines FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA and apply them to specific loans.

Review all property documents (appraisal, purchase agreement, title, insurance, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
Review the title & insurance documents to ensure sufficient coverage and all encumbrances, clauses on title have been adequately addressed
Audit the property documents from a salability standpoint daily and note any exceptions. Assess risk and review for Frauds and Red Flags
