Senior Analyst - Program Assistant

What you'll do

• Support business activity, such as managing day-to-day endorsements requests
• Resolve customer service inquiries that require research and interactions with carriers or agents Generally requires assistance when resolving more complex problems
• Respond to client questions and maintains accurate data in systems
• Compile renewal submissions according to company procedures
• Prepare and deliver renewal proposals according to timeline
