Senior Application Development Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst to join the TDI team and help scale our internal systems with a focus on security and reliability. You will leverage your deep knowledge of CPQ and Sales Cloud, covering everything from provisioning to case management, to partner with GTM teams and uncover data-driven efficiencies.

What you'll do

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, translating them into detailed and actionable user stories
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
• Leverage your expertise in Salesforce CPQ to implement solutions that align with business needs. This includes product and price rule configuration
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations
• Deliver Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce.com platform updates as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing
