Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Wealth Services Engineering team. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Own end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, stabilization, and support.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, stabilization, and support
• Lead architecture, component and integration design for enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven services
• Use Python for automation, scripting, data processing, backend utilities, application integration, and AI orchestration
• Integrate AI/ML models, LLM or NLP services, inference APIs, and intelligent automation with validation, preprocessing, post-processing, fallback handling, monitoring
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, clearly documenting trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and non-functional requirements
