About the role

What you'll do

• Basic infrastructure fundamentals as a must: Linux basics (plus basic Windows administration), scripting basics (Python/Bash), and basic cloud/networking concepts
• Working familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar) — has used these tools, not necessarily built pipelines from scratch
• Working familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) — conceptual understanding and basic hands-on use
• Comfort working within a ticketing/ITSM system, handling first-line triage and escalation per a defined SLA
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams
