About the role

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. 3-6 years of experience in battery charging operations or similar manufacturing processes. Basic understanding of quality standards, ISO systems, and EHS requirements. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

What you'll do

  • Manage charging operations during the assigned shift as per production plans
  • Monitor charging parameters and ensure adherence to quality specifications
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and charging infrastructure
  • Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for issue resolution
  • Monitor shift performance and take corrective actions to achieve production targets
