About the role

The primary responsibilities of this role include – Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures Manage Cash Application - Validations and execution of transactions with accuracy and timeliness Analysis of Unapplied/Unallocated Cash – Research and Analysis of aged unmatched transactions and Suspense Account and Unapplied/Unallocated Cash

What you'll do

• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
• Manage Cash Application - Validations and execution of transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze and research on open queries assigned as per designated portfolio
• Research and Analyze Insurance documents for query management
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders [External and Internal]
