About the role

Engineers will work in cross functional teams, consulting directly with our clients, shaping not only technical solutions to business problems but delivering them into production

What you'll do

• Act as a hands-on engineer and architect supporting initiatives from small features to complex systems. Lead projects, mentor teams
• Help develop strong management practices within the Engineering practice, supporting career growth and mentoring across the team
• Build backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend components
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes
