Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

This is a full-time position and reports directly to the VP, Data Platform. Qualified candidates should be based in or near Kochi and able to work from our Kochi office as part of a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do

• Own features end to end across the Angular front end and server-side stack, as primary author on either side
• Read, document, and reason about existing PL/SQL logic, and migrate it into well-tested application code
• Plan and carry out incremental modernization so old and new paths can be compared safely in production
• Write characterization tests that capture current system behavior before changes and build the test coverage the codebase lacks today
• Build and maintain containerized services on AWS, using managed databases and proper secrets management, and diagnose your own production issues through logs and metrics
