Senior Fusion Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer with strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Recruiting, and AI/Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying intelligent AI agents and enterprise applications that automate business processes, enhance employee and candidate experiences, and improve operational efficiency within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration
• Develop solutions that automate recruiting and HCM processes, improve user experiences, and streamline operational workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and development teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure AI applications adhere to enterprise security, data privacy, access control, and performance requirements
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of AI-powered applications and integrations
